White Balance is what we worked on today, White Balance is when you take a picture but, have it on a setting to make the photo look like it is suppose to. Your brain colors everything for you a camera does not you have to manually set a camera to show the correct color for the scene or, the object. There are different setting you have a manual setting which will do it automatically but, you also have settings on your camera to make them what you want like for a cloudy day you have a cloudy setting, and for a sunny day you have a sunny setting, and etc. We also worked on Degrees of Kelvin, Degrees of Kelvin is temperature but, when you hear tempature you think of heat but, temperature can also mean color temperature. If you heat up metal you can see it changing colors, and you can use White Balance while taking photos to show it. Alls it is is color temperature. You can show people the temperatures because you can take a photo with the different White Balances, and show them different numbers by looking at the number well temperature on top. Daylight is 5200k, Shade is 7000k, Cloudy is 6000k, Tungsten light is 3200k, White fluorescent light is 4000k.
