Rule of thirds - The rule of thirds is when a photo is of the one side or, up for down think if a tick tac toe game the picture is not just right in the middle 

 

 

"S" curve - "S" curve is something in a photo looks like an s like a snake

 

Keep it simple/ Move in close/Fill the frame - This is when you focus in on one thing in a photo, and it fills the whole picture 

 

Texture - Texture is something in a photo that shows like how rough, or smooth the object is 

 

Leading lines Include a strong center of interest - This is a picture leading to something like think of railroad tracks that go forward it looks like it leads into a triangle shape

 

Keep subject busy - This is taking a picture of someone doing something, think of sports photography those people are all doing something

 

Foreground framing - This is like something that leads up to a background 

 

Symmetrical balance - This is haveing both sides of the photo exactly the same so if you cut it in half it is is exactly the same 

 

Emotion - Emotion is taking a photo of someone with emotion like happy or, mad 

 

Bug's eye view - Bug's eye view is like you are taking a picture of looking up at something 

 

Bird's eye view - Bird's eye view is taking a photo looking down on something 

 

Color - This is taking a photo of something that has a lot of color 

 

Asymmetrical balance - This is where if you cut a photo down the middle once side would way more which makes it look heavier on one side 

 

Pattern / Rhythm - This is a photo of something that continues the same or, has a pattern think of a zebra it has contuneing lines which is a pattern
